Concierge Manager Celeste Perez

Celeste Perez joined the self-directed IRA industry in 2018 and has been part of the Horizon team since 2019. Since then, she has flourished here educating clients and being resourceful to their needs. With more than ten years in the customer service industry, Celeste is bilingual and has a drive to expand her knowledge and experience. Her motto is – Training is one of the most important gifts we can give, to be able to achieve unique connecting experiences. Therefore, I thrive to train my team constantly to be a positive impact to our clients in every single phone call. This is our everyday goal; this is our core value. Celeste plans to expand on her education by obtaining her Self-Directed Industry Professional Certification so that she can become even more of an asset for future clients and team members.
